The service schedule for December 24th will be as follows:

Blue Line (Havre - Box Elder) Route
The normal schedule from 6:45am to 2:40pm will run as usual.
The 4:00pm to 5:40pm route will not be running.

Red Line (Havre - Fort Belknap) Route
The normal 7:00am departure from Havre to Fort Belkap will run as usual.
We will have a special run departing Havre (Park & Ride) at 11:00am,
Chinook departing at 11:25am,
Harlem departing at 11:55am,
Ft. Belknap departing 12:00 noon,
Harlem departing at 12:10pm,
Chinook departing at 12:35pm,
Arriving at Havre at 1:00 pm.
The normal afternoon route will not be running.


NCMTransit will be closed for Christmas day, December 25th.

NCM Transit will be providing two special weekend shopping days, Saturday, December 5th & Saturday, December 19th. We will be providing a morning and afternoon route from Box Elder to Havre and from Fort Belknap to Havre, and an hourly schedule within Havre.

NCM Transit will be providing bus service to & from the Havre Community Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, November 28th beginning at 4:45 pm. The schedule will be as follows:

The Transportation Advisory Committee meeting has been rescheduled. It will now be held on Monday, December 7 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the District IV HRDC Activity Room

NCMT will not be providing regular bus service on Thanksgiving Day, November 26 and Friday, November 27.

However, NCMT will be offering special rides to the tree lighting ceremonies in Chinook on Friday, November 27 and in Havre on Saturday, November 28.

Additionally, in celebration of the holiday season, NCMT will be offering "Shopping Saturdays" on December 5 and December 19. Routes and schedules will be announced at a later date.

And finally, The Transit Advisory Committee (TAC) Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 2, from 1pm to 3 pm at the District IV HRDC Fireside Room (located at 2229 5th Avenue, Havre). All transit stakeholders and community groups are invited to join the meeting to assess the current NCMT services and to discuss next year's grant application to the Montana Department of Transportation.

Rana Weber started with NCM Transit/Opportunity Link on November 2, 2009. Rana was a bus driver for Cypress Fairbanks Independent School District in Houston, Texas for five years and moved to Havre in August 2005. Rana was a regular driver, paraprofessional, substitute teacher and district enrollment clerk for Havre Public Schools.

Rana is a Retired Master Sergeant with the AirForce/Air National Guard with 21 years of experience in Airfield Management and Flight Management. She has two children, Rachel and Luke. Rana is happy to come on board as the new transit assistant and relief driver for the North Central Montana Transit.
